If you’ve been a regular reader of this site, you have read our reports (here and here) about the chances of Kurt Angle working in MMA. All signs point to Japan, the country with promoters who can offer the most money (and a country with no commission).
Today, Angle released a statement through his manager that he’s training for MMA competition. No wonder Jim Ross and others in WWE are scared to death of Angle attempting to do this.

I hope to see Mr. Angle train at Ogawa Dojo where he can learn how to take care of serious business in the world of mma competition. Ogawa could teach him how to hustle his opponents from the mount position and own them with slick Americanas.
But Miletich training would be ok as well.
