Pancrase today at Korakuen Hall in Tokyo

Nova Uniao’s Marlon Sandro defeated Miki Shida in the main event today in R2 in 4’19 by KO. Sandro is now the #1 contender for the KOP Featherweight crown. In the semi-main event, Izuru Takeuchi defeated Hiromitsu Kanehara after 3R by a 3-0 judges’ decision. Alavutdin Gadzhiev defeated Hikaru Sato in R1 in 1’20 by KO.

    Matt Hughes was right, Serra really does have a small-man complex. Usually when fighters give excuses like GSP did, people just move on and it becomes a non-issue within a month or two. Serra just will not let. it. go. I’ve never seen anyone make the same complaints about a lack of respect for a year straight.

    I really hope GSP wins. I don’t want to have to listen to an insecure UFC champion complain constantly for another 2 years about how nobody gave him any respect after his original victory over GSP, and yet he still managed to beat GSP in a rematch. It would be unbearable.
