By Zach Arnold | March 6, 2008

Print Friendly and PDF

On February 19th, PRIDE FC Worldwide Holdings LLC issued a summons to DSE Inc. to respond to the lawsuit filed in Clark County court. On Monday (3/3), PFCWW LLC counsel filed a motion to demand a jury trial in the company’s case against Nobuyuki Sakakibara.

Sakakibara and company have not responded yet to the lawsuit and no attorney has been named yet to represent them in court.
