Meet the newest MMA penny stock powerhouse
By Jeff Comstock | September 18, 2007
Will this parade ever end?
- International Fight League (IFLI.OB)
- ProElite, Inc. (PELE.PK)
- SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (SSPE.PK)
- EntreMetrix Corp. (ERMX.OB)
- Max Entertainment Holdings Inc. (MXEH.OB)
And now enter Bomani Corp.
Legend Credit Inc. a subsidiary of Legend Mobile Inc. (LGMB.OB) a penny stock, shell corporation, that will soon be known as Bomani Corp. is entering the world of MMA promoting.
I guess Legend Credit found there was no market for Hilary Duff credit cards so the natural thing to do would be to promote mma.
The company has completed construction of the Bomani Corp. website and expects to launch it immediately upon the conclusion of the name change in the State of Delaware.
Bomani Corp intends to focus on the acquisition and development of live events and specifically the exploitation of these events on television, internet broadcast, video on demand, and DVD.
The company expects to direct its efforts on programming in the area of combat sports.
The company continues to negotiate a final contract with an established promoter of mixed martial arts events on its previously announced letter of intent
Management believes that the agreement is on schedule as both companies remain committed to reaching a definitive agreement.
Legend has also entered into negotiations to acquire certain rights from a Midwestern based promotional company of amateur mixed martial arts events.
To assist with the development of these assets that the company anticipates acquiring, Legend is in talks with an established television production company with network level experience in reality television.

MAX is broke and the Swiss banking committee is about to put their (non-)operations on hold.
I’m researching that very thing Tim. Seems like quite the convoluted story.
If you can fill me in with what you know please email me: [email protected]
… Or please post here as I have watched some MAX episodes, enjoyed the show very much, and can’t understand why my German brothers haven’t picked it up?!
I’m researching a large feature story on Max Entertainment Holdings Inc. and G4 Productions. I’ve had contact with some of the key players but still have several people to talk to before I’ll be ready to write it.
Oh yeah Jeff I remember reading about that in the comments section a while back. I am excited to see what you’ve come up with. I just made a bunch of money in FCX, a copper and gold mining company! 🙂
I really enjoyed the MAX series and when i met the MAX guys they had a good set-up. But they were very naive and bought into a lot of lies, and then had some legel issues that prevented their season finale from happening.
Now they have teamed up with G4 that feature 2 of Europe’s most experienced names and another guy who has come back into the sport after years seemingly in limbo and Augusto Frota.
They are promising big things and if the rumours are true they will be teaming up with another big layer. Yes i am bitter, but i’ll believe it when i see
An excellent source on the matter, albeit in German, is this website: http://www.max-ig.com/
So who is behind Bomani? Anyone interesting attached? I couldn’t find any information on them, so perhaps you know something about them.
Tim, a quick summary?
MAX officially went bankrupt as of September 7th, the puppet masters Hans Jürgen Käfer, Daniel Kilian and Bertrand C. Chollet have been banned from the Swiss stock market for life and they have been fined 20,000 Swiss Francs (~ 14.500 USD) in legal costs.
Thanks Tim, your help has been invaluable.
Hey guys,
This is a unusual request. I am actually looking for one of those guys or a way to contact them.
I am trying to find Hans Juergen Kaefer. If anyone has any info I would appreciate it.
Thanx
Hi Missy,
Hans Juergen Kaefer is right now suuning himself at the (5*) Don Carlos Hotel, Marbella, Spain.
He gave me his business card – he’s now involved with Cyclon Capital Corporation (www.cyclonecapital.com)
