NOTICE: Comment will be permitted on each agenda item, but will be limited due to time constraints.

For those of you familiar with WWE’s “Wellness Policy,” you immediately cringe when you hear the term “therapeutic use.” However, Bill Douglas of the CSAC responded to us when we asked what that clause detailed:

Therapeutic use exemptions are for your basic medications (for example, asthma inhalers). The forms are for upfront disclosure prior to a bout so the meds can be reviewed by Commission doctors and discussed with prescribing physicians in order to clear an athlete for combative sports.

With all of this upfront, if an athlete still fails to disclose and then takes something that registers on the drug test, it would be considered a violation.
