  1. Ben says:

Question: What do you guys think about Georges St. Pierre catching multiple rabbit punches from Matt Serra and being given no time to recover? Is this the sole reason for his loss? Do any of you think Serra would stand a chance in a rematch?

For the Record: I don’t know whether or not this is the case. I was as shocked as everybody else at St. Pierre’s loss, and disappointed since he’s easily my favorite fighter. I hate to make excuses for somebody else’s loss, though. I’m just wondering what you guys think about it.

  2. 45 Huddle says:

2 Questions, which I’m sure you would have gotten to anyways….

    1. First, Check out the article on MMA Weekly about Nick Diaz’s fight with Gomi being called a No Contest do to how much weed was in his system. What do you think about this ruling? Is it just?

Personally, I’m on the fence about this one. If he has THAT MUCH weed in his system, I can see a case being made for it. The NSAC does say it is illegal.

    2. Do you think the IFL will be around by the end of the year. According to their financials, it is going to be close. How about a vote?

  3. Shredder says:

Am I the only one to notice that GSP was turning to his left and tapping out due to punches to the face? There has been no commentary on this. Is it out of deference to GSP or because Big John was mostly in the way as he stopped the fight and it was hard to see the tap?
Not that it matters too much… just curious. GSP will wear the belt again.

  4. Tomer Chen says:

    1) What will happen to Dan Henderson under the Zuffa-run PRIDE organization? Will they allow him to wear two belts (Welterweight & Middleweight) at once (a similar achievement to legendary Boxer Henry Armstrong’s 3 simultaneous titles) or will he have to advocate the belts as per the standard established after Armstrong’s achievement throughout the US (and most of the world, really)?

    2) With the report of an attendance of 23,336, will Zuffa likely consider the PRIDE product a strong enough one to contain as a going concern for the forseeable future? Subsequently, will the PRIDE organization, within the next year or so, be (a) a seperate entity with ‘equal’ (relatively speaking) focus given by the Fertittas, (b) a feeder organization akin to the WEC or (c) be broken up and the fighters that Zuffa acquired by placed in the UFC or WEC?

  5. John Griffin says:

Where do you see Fedor fighting short and long term based on what Bodog have been saying recently?

  6. Stephan says:

    Get GSP on the show!

  7. GassedOut says:

Did anyone else think that GSP slipped on the Toyo Tires ad on the floor? I thought his feet flew out from him at an awkward angle not caused by the punch. Yes, Serra caught him, but that first slip might have been key in GSP not recovering if that was a slip. One thing is sure, Georges has too much class to say it if it was.

  8. Jeff says:

Does Serra’a victory give more legitimacy to the reality show? Did it need more?

Should the state athletic commissions even test for THC?

I think it’s time once again for: “Why isn’t Zuffa making a play for Matt Lindland?”

Once Cro Cop gets the HW belt, are we going to be in the same boat with the HW division that we are currently in the LHW division with Liddell?

Fighters seem to be running out of space for their endorsement patches. Should they work a deal for tattoos, or is it time to re-introduce gi’s?

I’m sorry. I’ll take my medicine now.

  9. Zack says:

Do you think the reffing in the Okami/Swick fight showed extreme hometown bias?
