PRIDE continues big talk

The PRIDE office is pushing a story in the media (Nikkan Sports report here) that they are aiming to get Olympic Greco-Roman 120 kg Russian wrestler Khassan Baroev to work a match for their Otoko Matsuri (Man Festival) show (if they have the event take place).
Baroev made news a few years ago for his win over Rulon Gardner at the 2003 (wrestling) World Championships.

Any reason why PRIDE has not considered contacting the greatest wrestling legend of all time, Aleksander Kerelin?
At this point, I don’t see Karelin ever doing a fight in the PRIDE ring. He had that fight several years ago against Akira Maeda in RINGS and that was about enough for him. It was a complete circus (that drew big money). I don’t think Karelin would mean nearly as much in terms of drawing power in 2006 than he would have five years ago.
