The 5/3 Tokyo, Yoyogi National Stadium Gym I show features Norifumi “Kid” Yamamoto vs. Kazuyuki Miyata and Yoshihiro Akiyama vs. Katsuhiko Nagata. The show will feature an 8-man 70 kg Middleweight tournament. Some names listed: Kaoru Uno, Hideo Tokoro, Ryuki Ueyama, Hidetaka Monma, Vitor “Shaolin” Ribeiro, Alexandre Franca “Pequeno” Nogueira, Ivan Menjivar, Black Mamba, & Ole Laursen.
The 8/5 Tokyo, Ariake Colosseum show will feature more matches in the Middleweight tournament, and also an 85 kg Light Heavyweight tournament. Some rumors: Katsuhiko Nagata, Melvin Manhoef, BJ Penn, Shungo Oyama, Tokimitsu Ishizawa (Kendo Ka Shin), and more.
The 10/9 Yokohama Arena show will feature the tournament finals for both the 70kg and 85kg tournaments.

Well, at least the Hero’s tournament will feature some fresh faces. Tokoro, Ribeiro, Pequeno Noguiera, Monma, etc. are all guys that most North American fans haven’t seen much of, then again, Hero’s won’t be broadcast on North American PPV either.
