The first clip is a year-in-review type piece with MMA highlights from 2008, along with a Q & A mailbag session with Kenny Florian towards the end.

The second clip is an interview session with Jake Rossen, covering the Sengoku 8 show in Yoyogi. Plus, highlights from Kyle Maynard’s MMA debut match in Alabama.

    Rossen sounds exactly like the basement dwelling teenager he comes across as in his writing.

    I could understand MMA Live interviewing Sherwood, but why Rossen, seriously? Next thing you know they’ll have one of the guys from Fightlinker.

    Apparently Dana will be on E-60 on Tuesday night.

    I don’t normally watch ESPN, but I was doing some things and had WSP on in the background (nothing else was on)…
