Some good news and bad news for the IFL’s 12/29 Mohegan Sun Arena event. The good news… it will air on Fox Sports World in Canada. The bad news? The promotion’s last event (11/3 Chicago) that aired on FSW drew 200 viewers, according to The Fight Network.

WEC notes… Franklin McNeil talks about Jens Pulver. Both MMA HQ and MMA Analyst have event previews for Wednesday’s show. Here is audio of a Cub Swanson interview with Fight Network Radio. Gregg Doyel has an interview with Jens Pulver. The Canadian Press has a profile article on Jeff Curran.

The Icon Sport 12/15 Hawaii event has been postponed.

Jonathan Goulet has tentatively scheduled four fights with UFC in 2008.

The TUF 6 finale show drew a 1.8 rating on Spike TV last Saturday night.

Luke Thomas wonders why Dana White loves Sean Sherk.

An update on Blake Franklin.

A brand new MMA reality TV show is coming soon. (Hat tip: Mikeinformer.)

Tito Ortiz will be going on his second USO tour soon.

More details about Matt Hughes and his new training facility.

The following phrase that I’m going to use about Fedor vs. Choi Hong-Man on 12/31 in Saitama… You could book that fight on paper, dip the piece of paper with glue through Fort Knox, and not attract a single dollar for it. What a useless fight on so many levels.

  5. Pontus says:

I didn’t even think it was possible for any program to only get 200 viewers.. I can’t imagine a show here in Sweden on a small channel in the middle of the night getting that few viewers.

  6. white ninja says:

yarrenoka has got a tv deal; sort of…
