Can Mercer win anything nowadays…I mean, he tapped to a Kimbo Slice guillotine choke and was dazed and done by one Remy Bojansky high kick.
Mercer could win in boxing, against b-c level guys. before this farce came up he was supposed to fight Hasim Rahman and the winner of that fight was to get a title shot. He took the short money. He still has power ( that never leaves) and a chin like concrete. But hes old to old to learn a new sport. He was hand picked cause Kimbos people knew he was limited.
For those interested, I’ve got a full writeup on the Kimbo/Mercer fight, we were live ringside.
