Only hours after the Ultimate Fighting Championship held a press conference in Manchester, England to the announce the fight card for the organisations April 21st event at the MEN Arena, it has emerged that their assault on the British market has already taken a setback.

The two-day spectacular, which was due to start Saturday morning, was set to feature Tito Ortiz, Quinton “Rampage†Jackson, Dean Lister, Michael Bisping and his countryman Paul Daley,
The event was suddenly cancelled today with the venue citing that the promoter was unable to pay for a number of his costs including the fee for the venue.

Now THAT’S intereseting. Dana can’t pay the bills is the implication…
How is that the implication? Where does it say that UFC was promoting this seminar? In no way does this have anything to do with Dana White.
This section pretty much implies that the UFC was behind this event:
It implies, but that doesn’t mean that its true. Not remotely. Since when did the UFC run grappling seminars with people not under UFC contract?
UFC doesn’t run these seminars. It’s an independent businessman.
LoL. That ain’t the UFC style. IFL, definitely, but not the UFC 😉
The guy cancelled this event because of UFC’s “assault on the British market?” Umm, no. He cancelled it because he was a promoter in over his head who couldn’t pay the bills. But blaming Dana White will always find receptive ears with some, no matter how ludicrous the insinuation.
