The Bushido guys will put on some awesome fights. There are rumous of Ishida vs. Gomi and Sakurai vs. Aurelio as well…hot card – last ditch, balls out effort?

  2. JOSH says:

Ishida Vs Gomi is a MUST…oh PLEASE PLEASE be for the title.

  3. ukiro says:

I was going to say “give me gomi vs hansen” to settle that once and for all, but maybe if ishida beats gomi and hansen gets ishida in march or so… that would be pretty sweet.

  4. Sam J says:

I’m hoping that Hansen wins wo we get the Gomi-Hansen rematch as well. Good card so far.

By the way, has K-1 announced any New Years Eve fights yet?

  5. I will already be orderig the PPV based on the 2 new Lightweight fights just announced. I am excited for both. I think this might be Hansen’s last fight on his current Pride contract. What an exciting fighter he would be for the UFC to pick up.

Only one officially so far is Kazushi Sakuraba vs. Yoshihiro Akiyama. TBS will have some influence on the matchmaking. They have teased Hideo Tokoro vs. Genki Sudo in the media.

  7. monkeymatt says:

Super-pumped to see this. It’s gonna be a big one, could be the swansong…

Hunt seems to have some success upsetting champions on NYE… but against Fedor? Who knows… Fedor by spinning toe hold round 3?

  8. The Gaijin says:

I’d just like to point out that *I* scooped Ishida vs. Gomi – ahead of the Fight Opinion – HUZZAH, I’m an investigative journalist on the cutting edge!!!
