This week, we are joined by “The Fight Professor” Stephen Quadros to talk about the latest happenings in the IFL, Cage Rage, WEC, and the WFA. Plus, Luke Nicholson and Zach Arnold break down the current MMA situation for NYE (with UFC, PRIDE, and K-1 having shows on the same weekend). Also, a long MMA news & notes segment, and of course, the world-famous grab bag (a must-listen, especially if you are a pro-wrestling fan).
