Big show in Holland
By Zach Arnold | July 23, 2006

The 2H2H (Too Hot To Handle) promotion in Holland is promoting a November 12th show titled PRIDE & Honor at the Ahoy’ Rotterdam. Names being listed for the show include Rodney Faverus, Alistair Overeem, Gilbert Yvel, Emelianenko Alexander, and Gegard Mousasi. Overeem vs. Yvel has already been announced.
In other PRIDE-related news, Ivan Trembow has some news about drug testing in Nevada. “When PRIDE runs its first show in the United States on October 21st at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, the drug testing will be different than it normally is in PRIDE. For starters, there will actually be drug testing.”

Seems like most of the guys who fought at “Bushido Europe” (which was a total letdown) will be on this card. It’ll be a mix-show again, featuring both MMA- and kickboxing bouts, so hopefully this time around the concept will work better, and not be as boring as last years show…
France’s David Baron, one of the winners of 2H2H’s ‘Road To Japan’ tournament this month has signed a contract with DSE and will debut at Bushido 12 and August 26th.
