The spam filter

For the last couple of weeks, the spam filters on the site have been working overtime to weed out bad trackbacks and spam disguised as comments (the drug companies and online gambling sites apparently love this site).
A word to everyone who posts a comment on this site – if you don’t use a valid e-mail address (that is yours) or other valid information, do not expect the filters to keep your posts on the site.
