Fight Opinion Hour
By Zach Arnold | January 3, 2006

The debut of the Fight Opinion radio network starts in a couple of days. We will have a definite newsmaker (guest) on the show. The shows will be kept to a smaller time limit due to us not having sponsorship. We will work on sponsors and other business deals over the course of this site’s development.
Any suggestions you have for content that you want us to cover on the show, please post them here. Thanks.

SWEET~!~!~! I can’t wait. Will it be the same sort of format as the PPH? Who’s going to be the guests. Maybe an MMA beat reporter from Japan to talk fight game politics? That would be cool.
It will be a shorter format than the PPH. Nonetheless, it will be over an hour and it should be very good coverage. We will have one guest per show. That’s really the balance. At this point, the plan is to try to keep things to a minimum and make sure that as many people can hear the show as possible.
We are aiming to have a guest in the next day or two who was involved in the New Year’s Eve battle in Japan. I would love to have an MMA beat reporter from Japan, but… it’s a question of finding someone who speaks English and someone who is willing to talk and is not afraid of any political risks.
Yeah, I guess language and politics are a bit of a problem.
Sounds awesome, Zach. Can’t wait.
The main show segments were taped tonight. Our guest interview will be taped tomorrow. Main segments include discussion of the PRIDE US PPV vs. Japanese feed, the ratings that the shows (and certain fights) drew, and animated discussion of the Heath Herring vs. Yoshihiro Nakao incident.
