Nothing on that fight card gets me excited. Not one fight.

What is up with the GFC? Are they expecting to fill the 20,000 seats in that arena or were they already planning to use half the arena? I don’t see them doing more than 5,000 for that show at the most. Am I off base? Am I missing something? Can we expect them to cancel a second time?

TKO in Montreal uses a half-bowl setup at the Bell Centre … I think their shows draw between 5 and 7 thousand. I think it’s pretty silly that GFC thinks they’ll be able to pull that large amount of people on their first show in a region. It’s like they thought “Wow, look at how well the UFC did in Ohio, lets go there”. I’m sick of watching these new companies think they’re going to break through and become big quick. If these guys were serious they’d start throwing small shows and build themselves up like every other reputable MMA company has.
