“Entertainer” sponsors to be yakuza-free

The Japan Times has a very intriguing article about the process of issuing entertainer visas to foreigners.
Under the new ordinance, companies linked to the yakuza or people who were members of such groups in the past five years will not be allowed to sponsor foreign entertainers.
The implications are obvious for several companies in the fight game. We’ll see how this progresses.
