I have to give Herring some respect for wanting to go back in there after that fight to do another three rounds.
He did his best to shy away from the whining by my read (MMA weekly loves the whining, so I’m hearing the leading questions on every comment), and it looked like he took a tremendous beat-down. I’m glad to hear that he’s alright, but I’m not sure what he means by a “small orbital problem.”
You’ve either cracked the thing or you haven’t…
I’m with you Jeremy. I don’t know how Herring thinks things would go differently in a rematch, but I give him a lot of respect for wanting one. Being from Chicago I’m excited to see the press conference tomorrow! There hasn’t been top level MMA in the Chicago area in a long time.
