Results of Yuji Nagata’s medical tests
By Zach Arnold | February 22, 2008

As it reportedly stands:
- CT scan – negative
- MRI – negative
- MRA (angiography) – showed some slight hemorrhaging of blood on the right side of his brain due to cumulative head trauma over many years of wrestling matches
The good news is that doctors don’t think Nagata will need surgery, but it’s unknown when he’ll come back to pro-wrestling.

Nagata is the man! Personally I would love for him to come back, but if he sees fit to retire, more power to him. Regardless, ALL HAIL NAGATA!
i hope nagata returns but only if its safe. a legend!!!
Sounds like something that could heal with time, not sure how much, but he definitely would be foolish to rush it. With Takayama and Fukuda and such, not something to risk.
Yeah, what Ryan said. Partially happy that it isn’t more serious, and partially worried/convinced they’ll manage to get to where it IS worse by either rushing or going too hard when he does come back.
