The second edition of Fight Opinion Radio (part of the Fight Opinion Radio Network) is now online and available to download to listen to. Here are the options you can use to listen to the show (17 MB MP3 file, 1 hour 15 minutes long):

The streaming and direct download links mean that you can access the audio file from this server. The YouSendIt link is a temporary 7-day link that you can use if you want to download the show and save our server with bandwidth. Either option you choose is perfectly fine with me. This site is growing, so every inch of bandwidth we can save is important to us. If you want to listen to the show by streaming it off their server, you can listen online by using our newly installed Flash music player. Click on the play button down below and the show will play very smoothly. Use this only if you cannot download the MP3 file.
[audio:http://www.fightopinion.com/podcasts/foradio-1-12-2006.mp3]A quick preview of Episode 2 of FOR:
- Adam Summers, Zach Arnold, & Mike Sempervive kick off the show by discussing some of the big names booked on the upcoming Ultimate Fight Night 1/16 card from Las Vegas by UFC. Which fighter needs a win the most? Are there any surprises on the card? We each pick certain fighters to pay attention to on the event and focus on recent storylines (background information) to pay attention to.
- Adam & Mike sit down with Rob Sayers of Fight Cast radio to analyze the match-ups for the UFN event. Rob makes his predictions for all the main fights, plus he talks about how he personally got involved in martial arts and how he discovered MMA. In addition, Rob is planning on making his MMA debut shortly in Memphis. Our focus this week on the UFN card is on Chris Leben. He’s in a very intriguing position career-wise. Which Chris Leben will we end up seeing as a fighter? A really fun interview to listen to, and we encourage you to support Rob as much as you can.
- Adam, Mike, and Zach close out the show by giving our ratings predictions for the UFN show. Why is Spike TV not using the synergy of Viacom to promote the UFC show? Some interesting questions are brought up about business issues. Who will the Top 3 winners of the upcoming UFN show be? All of us give our opinions (and disagree on some selections). If you listen to the opening segment of the show, the closing segment is really a continuation of the show opening. Plus a preview of the massive upcoming schedule of MMA events in late January and throughout February.
Please post all of your feedback to the show here in the comments section on this posting. If you need to e-mail me with a special request or you want to book a fighter on our radio show, contact me at [email protected].
On the right side of the page, you will see Podcasting distribution links. I have not tested them out yet, but they probably should work. For anyone who uses those links, please let me know if they function properly and if you have any advice on increasing more ways to distribute the radio show.

Good show, but can Mike Sempervive PLEASE learn to pronounce names correctly? Steven, LEWSO, Korea??!
Zab Judah: greatest mental midget in Boxing today? I think you could devote a 10 hour show to that topic alone. 😀
Plus Zab’s baby giraffe dance in the Kostya Tszyu fight is one of the greatest moments (and probably the greatest KO/stoppage) in Boxing’s history.
BTW, quite a solid show. Good job
Damn it, Clint. You’re right, but I’d rather screw up an American name when rushed rather than snap my streak of perfect saying names like Kaoklai, Buakaw, Sumiyabazar, Bonjasky and Kiatadisak~!
