Major MMA event on 3/18 in the UK

Phil Jones (check his site out – The Unidose Wrestleblog) sent me a link to WCFC (World Cage Fighting Championships), an event promoted in the UK. On their web site, they claim that they have a big show on 3/18 at the M.E.N. (Manchester Evening News) Arena in Manchester, England. The event is marketing Mike Tyson & Ricky Hatton (major boxing names) as referees. Phil Baroni, Alistair Overeem, Phil Baroni, and Stefan Leko (along with Bas Rutten as a commentator) are also marketed on their show poster.
Thoughts?

I am a very optimistic person, but this one has got me feeling a little negative. I don’t think an MMA organisation in the UK could afford to emply all of those on the show poster, especially Mike Tyson. If it all goes ahead, I’ll be there, but right now I’m somewhat skeptical.
