Mail issues

Over the last month, I’ve noticed that Hotmail is flaking out with other Hotmail and gmail accounts when writing messages. Lots of coding garbage included in each message, something I don’t get with other mail accounts.

If you have encountered a similar problem, let me know here and what the fix is.
