UFC 96 media heat-up: Take two

By Zach Arnold | March 6, 2009

The Columbus Dispatch has a preview of coming attractions for what is happening this weekend for the Arnold Sports Festival.

According to 5oz’s…. Frank Mir is injured, might require back surgery.

Best article of the year: http://fiveouncesofpain.com/2009/03/06/brady-aoki-and-the-lightweight-rankings-stop-the-madness/

I actually think he is a little too sided towards the UFC, but he does make a very great arguement.

  2. Zack says:

LOL @ “best article of the year.” That article is a piece of shit.
