It's especially ridiculous when there are Xyience bankruptcy hearings and if Lorenzo Fertitta or Frank Fertitta III are in the room, one could legitimately ask if they are there to represent Xyience, or if they are there to represent Zyen, or if they are there to represent Bevanda Magica, or if they are there to represent Zuffa, or if they are there to represent a "potential buyer for Xyience." This is getting more and more ugly for the Fertittas.
