Thursday trash talk: IFL 12/29 card suffers setbacks

According to The Columbia Missourian, NCAA national champion wrestler Ben Askren is considering a move to MMA after his amateur wrestling career.

Both Dan Miller and Shad Lierley are off the IFL 12/29 Mohegan Sun Arena card.

K-1 is coming to Sazka Arena in Prague (Czech Republic) on December 15th. More information on the building here.

    K-1 in Czech Republic? Sweet. Seeing the hottest women on the planet used to be only reason to visit Eastern Europe.

    MY perspective on Tommy Speer is that he should stay out of an octagon until he learns how to fight, or he’ll end up getting seriously hurt by someone who knows what they’re doing.

    When brainless, one-dimensional wrestlers try to compete at the UFC level, you get things like Gray Maynard DDTing himself into unconsciousness.

    K-1 ran Brno this past April. I was in town the day before and saw numerous posters all over the city.
